4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). bj365 does not charge any currency conversion fee, however your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

bj365 strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. If suspicious financial activity is detected, we are obligated to investigate the relevant account and suspend it if necessary. Withdrawal amounts are always returned via the original deposit method.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to each bonus — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳24,000 in bets before withdrawing. Until this requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it cannot be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• Withdrawals from bets placed with bonus balance are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• bj365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated.
• If suspected bonus abuse is detected, bj365 may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP Cashback

The bj365 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback of up to 0.2% is available at the Bronze tier, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. Progression to higher tiers depends on gaming activity.

6.1 Fair Play

bj365 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. Our games are powered by accredited software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, and others) who use Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the relevant game. Special restrictions may apply when betting with bonus balance.

6.3 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. In the event of a technical issue or event cancellation, bj365 will settle bets at its own discretion. Live betting is governed by separate rules, which will be stated in the betting interface.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game outcome is affected by a software or network error, that game or round will be considered void and the relevant stake will be refunded. bj365 does not accept claims for incorrect payouts resulting from system errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure upon detection:

• Conducting any form of fraudulent activity on the platform.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using third-party software or bots to place automated bets.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Stealing or copying bj365's intellectual property or commercial information.

In such cases, bj365 is entitled to forfeit the associated balance and take legal action.

8.1 At the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. If outstanding wagering requirements have not been met before closure, the bonus balance will be forfeited. The process for returning any real money deposited will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules.

8.2 At bj365's Initiative

In cases of terms violations, fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activities, bj365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. No bonus or promotional winnings will be returned in such cases.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

bj365 may apply a separate policy to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Please contact the support team for more details.

The bj365 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bj365 will not be liable for any loss arising from technical issues, network disruptions, or third-party service failures.

bj365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical upgrades.
